How is Seating Arranged at Celestial Cinema?   top

New in 2008 in compliance with MAUI COUNTY FIRE CODE
Applies to Celestial Cinema Only
If you’ve always enjoyed snuggling up under-the stars with friends and family on blankets, pillows and sleeping bags at the Celestial Cinema, you're still good to go. However, due to Maui County Fire Code, outside chairs will no longer be permitted at any major outdoor sporting and cultural event. This year we have three options for those of you who are used to bringing your own chair. Thanks for your continued understanding, aloha and cooperation.

Option One is to rent a low back beach chair ($5/night).
Option Two is to make complimentary use of one of our newly purchased stadium seat cushions with built-in back support. This option require a $20 refundable deposit.
Option Three is to purchase, for a nominal fee of only $2, your own personal beach mat.

Is there Food and Beverage at the Celestial Cinema?   top

A nice array of food and non-alcoholic beverages will be featured from select Maui Restaurants each evening.

No coolers, bottles, or outside food and beverages are allowed.  No alcoholic beverages will be for sale, or allowed on the premises.  This will be strictly enforced.
