Where do I park for Celestial Cinema?  top

Parking for Celestial Cinema is at the Wailea Special Event Lot. From there, you take our complimentary shuttle service.  The only parking available at the Gold and Emerald Course is for patrons with reservations to Gannon’s Restaurant and/or Maui Film Festival Wailea 2016 VIP Patron Passholders.

Depending on the nightly Celestial Cinemaís movies popularity, it is possible on one or more nights that the Special Event lot will fill before 8pm and cars will be redirected to the Shops at Wailea, as in past years. Beginning in late 2015, the Shops started charging for parking and entry is now by ticket only through one of their two gates on either side of the center.

In the event the Special Event lot does fill, Security will direct cars to the South gate (Grand Wailea side), for overflow parking. Patrons will need to take a ticket at the gate, park their vehicle in an appropriate stall and proceed with their chairs and blankets to the lower Whalers General Store entry area.

Akina Aloha Tours who provides our complimentary shuttle bus service, will have a dispatcher on site who will assist with loading the busses or vans. As you board the bus, you will be given a ticket voucher per vehicle. This ticket voucher will be needed when returning from the movies when you pick up your car. Both tickets will be needed to exit the parking lot at the gate.

In the event you lose the ticket or fail to get one as you board the bus, you will be responsible to pay $3.00 per half hour your car has been parked there while you were at the movies.

Complimentary parking vouchers are provided compliments of the Shops at Wailea.
