Ticket & Pass Pick-up

If you ordered tickets or passes over the phone or from our website, the following information tells you how and where to pick up your tickets and passes:

TICKET PICK-UP

  • There is no early pick-up for Starry Night MoonDance, Tributes, Filmmmaker Panels, or film tickets. All of these tickets that you ordered will be available for pickup at the Will Call of the FIRST event/movie that you are attending.
  • To pick-up your order, you must bring the credit card used for the purchase, and your photo ID.  Tickets will only be released to the cardholder.
  • Tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

TASTE OF Kō - OPENING NIGHT RECEPTION, TASTE OF CHOCOLATE, AND TASTE OF WAILEA:

  • Taste of Kō - Opening Night Reception tickets will be available for pick up at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center Box Office June 6 through June 10 (hours: 10am-6 pm, Mon. - Sat.).  On June 11, they will be at Will Call at the Opening Night Reception.
  • Taste of Chocolate and Taste of Wailea tickets will be available for pick up at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center Box Office June 6 through June 10 (hours: 10am-6 pm, Mon. - Sat.). On June 11, Taste of Chocolate and Taste of Wailea tickets will be moved to Celestial Cinema Will Call (hours: 6-10pm nightly). Tickets will then be moved to the event will call if they are not picked up.


PASS PICK-UP

  • To pick-up your pass, you must bring the credit card used for the purchase and photo ID.  Passes will only be released to the cardholder.
  • Passes will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

Admittance to Festival Special Events, where liquor is served, is limited to those 21 years of age or older.

 

RISING STAR, SHOOTING STAR, STARDUST AND COMET PASSES:

  • If you want to pick up your pass early, they will be at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center Box Office (10-6 pm, Mon. - Sat.) beginning on June 6th.
  • Rising Star Pass will stay at Maui Arts & Cultural Center Box Office for the duration of the festival.
  • On June 11th the Shooting Star and Stardust Passes will move to the Celestial Cinema in Wailea, and will be available at the Will Call in the lobby of the Sea Watch Restaurant at the Wailea Gold & Emerald Golf Course which opens at 6 pm that night.
  • On June 11th the Comet Pass will be available at The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui, Taste of Kō Opening Night Twilight Reception Will Call, beginning at 4:30pm. From there it will move to the Special Event Will Calls in chronological order.

GALAXY, COSMOS AND BIG BANG PASSES:

  • No early pickup for Galaxy, Cosmos and Big Bang Passes, these passes will be available at The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui, Taste of Kō Opening Night Twilight Reception Will Call, beginning at 4:30pm. From there it will move to the Special Event Will Calls in chronological order.

 

Ticket & Pass Holder Admissions Policy

  • Please be advised that rain or shine, and without exception, all Pass and Ticket sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be made.
  • Passes are non-transferable.  Photo I.D. required for pass admission.
  • If lost, stolen or destroyed, Passes and Tickets will not be replaced. 
  • Pass holders must arrive no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of all Special Events to guarantee admission, and at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of any Film, Panel and Tribute to guarantee admission. Any pass holder arriving outside of the above-noted time frame will be given priority admission on a space available basis, but can not be guaranteed admission. Galaxy, Cosmos and Big Bang pass holders have guaranteed admission to all Special Events and priority seating at all films.
  • Ticket holders must also arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of any Film, Panel and Tribute to guarantee admission.
  • Admittance to Festival Special Events, where liquor is served, is limited to those 21 years of age or older.
  • Maui Film Festival staff and volunteers work year-round to ensure that a good time is had by all.  That said, Festival Management, either Director or through its volunteers and staff, reserves the right to refuse admission to, and/or remove from any Festival Screening, Panel or Special Event, anyone whose actions are deemed troublesome and/or dangerous to other Festival attendees, guests, volunteers or staff. 
  • Film, Panel, Tribute and Special Event schedules subject to change without notice. 
 
PLEASE NOTE:
Cameras and recording devices, including on occasion cellular phones with built-in cameras, will not be allowed in Festival Event venues.

Tents, coolers, bottles, & outside food or beverages is not allowed. Smoking is not permitted at any Maui Film Festival Venues and Special Events.
